Nelson Owusu-Ansah

With over a decade of experience spanning education, broadcasting, and corporate management, Nelson Owusu-Ansah is a seasoned media professional and devoted family man. He began his journey shaping young minds as an ICT teacher in a family-owned school, guiding students from lower to upper primary.

In 2014, Nelson transitioned into media, joining Kessben TV/FM as Head of Post Production, Live Production Director, and News Visual Editor, roles he held until 2022. His passion for excellence and leadership then took him to SEMES CAT Co. Ltd., where he served as General Manager, driving operations and growth from 2022 to 2025.

Today, as Head of Media at IDECO, Nelson continues to blend creativity, technical expertise, and strategic leadership to make a tangible impact in media and communications.

At the heart of his work lies a deep sense of responsibility to his family, his team, and the communities he serves. Challenges are opportunities for growth, and his ultimate goal is to create meaningful societal change whether as a community leader, entrepreneur, or mentor to youth.

At 36, Nelson embodies a rare balance of professional excellence, family values, and visionary impact.
